People are saying that SNL has no strong female castmembers without Kristen. But the women who have been there for two full seasons or more haven’t had the space to shine yet, because of Kristen’s total dominance. I would love to see more from Abby, Vanessa and Nasim. They all have potential that will hopefully come out in season 38 (: I think Abby in particular has shown moments of brilliance in the past year or two.

Oh wow, that finale did bring a tear to my eye. Didn’t think I was that sentimental, but hey.

Shit, Andy is really going as well, isn’t he? He and Seth shared the longest hug at the end. TLI better keep doing shorts for YouTube or something.

And there’s no way that was Jason’s last show. They wouldn’t shove him into the background if it was. He gracefully stood aside to let KWiig have her moment. But I predict he will only stick around until after the election next season. Which will suck, because Mitt Romney is such a boring character for him to be playing. But I don’t think he’ll last till the end of next season. Not with Forte and Wiig both gone now.

I thought The Californians was one of the best sketches of the season, so I’m happy to see a repeat (: Fred is brilliant. Plus you know it’s funny because everyone breaks, even Kristen.

I’m watching it on NBC.com. Huh. So far, Kristen’s last show has started with two of her worst (IMO) recurring characters. I don’t think I’ve ever even smiled watching her Lawrence Welk or Secret Word characters. If she ever comes back to host and does Secret Word I will personally go to NYC and slap her. Terrible sketch.

I know I’m supposed to be all “omg no she can’t leave TEARS” buttttt…I think she’s overrated. I think her legacy is more about what she stood for and perhaps the doors she opened for other performers, than about the laughs provided. Don’t get me wrong, it’s awesome to have a strong woman in comedy. But then, I always preferred Amy Poehler (and others) anyway. Kristen is just too wacky for me, her characters more often than not don’t hit the mark.

And Bridesmaids really wasn’t that good, sorry.

Sooooo I for one am excited to see if Abby Elliot and Vanessa Bayer get more screen time next season (:

Reeeeally tempted to reblog the gif set of Jason Segel’s junk from Forgetting Sarah Marshall…

…but I don’t think I want that on my blog FOREVER.

You’re a quarterback, that’s how you throw?

Genuinely lost my shit.

If I was married to that, why would I need ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’? Just look at his face oh God I’m there
